About IQAC

National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore proposes that every accredited institution should establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a postaccreditation quality sustenance measure. In pursuance of NAAC guidelines for the creation of IQAC, we at KES Anandibai Pradhan Science College, Nagothane has established Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on June 30, 2006 to ensure quality culture as the prime concern for the institution through institutionalizing and internalizing all the initiative taken with internal and external support. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent & catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions. IQAC channelizes all efforts & measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence. The IQAC has to ensure that whatever measures undertaken by the institution for quality enhancement of education should be done efficiently and effectively with high standards. The IQAC establishes procedures and modalities to collect data and information on various aspects of institutional functioning. The success of IQAC depends upon the sense of belongingness and participation in all the constituents of the institute. IQAC is a dynamic and participative system of the institution and has potential to remove deficiencies and enhance quality culture in the institution.
